EPS Nomination
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service that allows your Doctor Surgery to send your prescription(s) directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically. This means that you no longer need to visit your doctor surgery to pick up your prescription(s) and drop it off at the pharmacy.
How it works
- Order your repeat prescription as normal.
- Your doctor surgery will send your prescription to your nominated pharmacy.
- Once your prescription is ready, please check with the pharmacy if it has arrived on the ETP screen and then if in stock, you can collect it from the pharmacy otherwise we can place an order for it to be ready between 24-48 hours later (subject to availability.)
